This includes:

• Closing of current year accounts as at the date of strike-off (preparation of Balance Sheet & P/L, transfer of balances/write-off of accounts as per director's requests)

• Assistance and consultation for strike off process, including drafting of email to IRAS & filing of strike-off with ACRA

• We will also throw in a complimentary tax computation (usual fees: $350) as you will require that to be submitted to IRAS as well.
